JOB TITLE: Subaru Product Specialist (SPS)
JOB OBJECTIVE: Provide an outstanding Wagner Subaru customer experience
A Wagner Subaru Product Specialist (SPS) helps customers navigating the vehicle purchase process. The SPS is expected to provide an outstanding customer experience in-person, on-phone, and online.
The SPS will be evaluated based on performance standards such as:
- How many new, current, and past customers are you helping
- How many customers ultimately select Wagner Subaru as their preferred dealer
- Were all available products and services presented to each customer
- How satisfied were the customers with their experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES:- Execute our Customer-first process in accordance with dealership strategies
- Staff various Wagner Subaru events, including auto shows and community sponsorships
- Be able to assist customers using all forms of communication including email, voice, text, and face-to-face
- Attend dealership and manufacturer meetings as needed
- Respond to Internet Leads within 1 hour of receiving them in lead management system
- Attend training and complete certification testing requirements to becomes Brand and Product Certified and maintain certifications
- Execute dealership pricing strategy when responding to customers
- Execute dealership process in a consistent yet flexible manner that results in a customer experience designed to achieve the highest Owner Loyalty Program (OLP) scores
ATTRIBUTES: We prefer candidates with no prior car sales experience! Ideal candidates will be from a retail or customer service background, with an interest in automobiles and working with people. The position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and written), computer skills, self-motivation, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a team.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:- Five-day workweek, weekend (Saturday only), and evening hours required (rotating)
- Monthly base salary (draw) and commissions based on gross profit, volume, and OLP scores
